Production area: Hills of Valdobbiadene, medium alt. 250 m.; exposure to south.
Colour: shining, straw yellow, very fine and lively slight gassiness.
Bouquet: the elegant and coolness fruity scent emerges pleasantly.
Taste: it remembers a lot the fruity scent.
Alcohol content. 11,5%
Vinification: the cool steeping, that is the pause of must with the peels for all the night at low temperature, extrinsics the best expression of the aromas of the variety exalting the scent, the fruity taste and its sapidit.
Service Temperature: 8° in a crystal goblet
Gastronomy: ideal for all the meal and appetizers.

In the heart of Marca Trevigiana, the Bisol family - vine growers in Valdobbiadene - collects and works the grapes for its Prosecco, been born from vineyards that have an area of beyond 60 hectares, dislocates on 16 agricultural lands, all comprised between the 250 and 300 meters of altitude. Every hill has various land and therefore originates grapes with peculiar characteristics. They are wonderful wines, been born from "stip" vineyards where the nature still today must be conquered palm to palm, with the hard work of the mano and the experience of years of dedication to the viticulture.The Bisol name appears already in fact in the 1542 in the valuation of the Republic of Venice like vine growers of a farm of Conti Pola. A viticultural and oenological vocation that emerges in the second half of the 19th century when Eliseo Bisol gives life to a small and healthy commerce that reaches until our days with all the quality of great wines.
